A. The Workplace Futures programme is designed around the needs of strategic thinkers in business, property and facilities. It is targeted at Facilities Directors, business leaders, decision makers and decision influencers, especially those responsible for business development, sales and marketing or strategic growth in their organisations.

Q. How can I book and pay?
A. You can register and pay online or contact us to have an invoice sent to you.. You can either request an invoice to be raised and sent to you, or you can pay by credit card online. All delegate fees must be paid prior to the event.
Q. Do we have to pay prior to the event?
A. Yes. If we haven't received cleared funds, you will have to secure your place with your credit card details on the day, any discounts will no longer be valid and you will be subject to an admin surcharge of £50 + va/ delegate
Q. When will I receive my joining information?
A. Your confirmation email will be dispatched immediately by email once you have completed the booking process. If you are booking by phone your confirmation and invoice will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Q. What happens if I have not received email confirmation?
A. Please check your junk folders in your email program and additionally it is advisable to add our email address (daveh@i-fm.net) to your contacts. Alternatively please contact Dave Hurrell on 020 8922 7491 who will confirm your attendance and delegate reference.
